LabVIEW Programming

LabVIEW from National Instruments is a programming language designed to be used by engineers and scientists in measurement and automation applications.  It is now a mature programming environment and comes with almost every possible programming feature. 

Many LabVIEW programmers also program in several other languages, so their experience of LabVIEW is limited.  At LiveWires, we specialise in LabVIEW programming - you will not find us working with text-based languages!

Each routine and subroutine in LabVIEW has its own "block diagram" of graphical LabVIEW code.  Below is an example of tidy, straightforward LabVIEW code.
